Using an environment variable in file iterator

Hi,

I'm trying to use an environment variable as Input Data URL in a File iterator component.
Unfortunately I get the message: "The specified bucket is not valid".

If I use the bucket name directly, it works.
I have the problem since the last update for Matillion for Redshift.

This is my value: s3://${s3_bucket}/

Best,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

We use the default value of a variable for design-time validations.

I see this often when there is no default specified for the variable. However, you should still be able to run the job assuming you are populating the variable at run-time. Please check if specifying a default value for the variable helps.

Hi Kalyan,

damn it! You're right. There was no standard value.

Shame on me! ;)
