can't review "Task History" records ?

I am trying to review Task History but it is not working. "Fetching records" all the time. Please check it. Thank you

Please share your instance details from Help→Support menu item.
Our current release is version 1.28.7

Also, share your logs.
In version 1.28.7 and later you may download it from the Admin menu (top-right) in the main interface.
In prior versions, you’ll have to visit the admin page (/admin) and download logs from the More menu in top-right.

Hi Jerry,

In the absence of logs, I can only speculate that you are experiencing a bug we have resolved in our latest version. The bug would cause the Task history page to freeze or not return any information.

Would it be possible to upgrade your instance to the latest version (1.28.7)?

Hi Jerry,

We normally try to fix problems with new releases, but no update is ever entirely without risk, and for this reason we recommend that you always follow the updating guidelines and take an EBS snapshot of your existing instance before applying the update. In the event of any problem you can always restore the backup.
